Key Mortgage Services, a US-based financial services provider, has unveiled a new loan application platform.

Known as Glyde, the new platform is designed to facilitate completion of loan application in around 15 minutes.

Users can apply for the loan from their desktop or mobile device and upload documents through their mobile phone camera.

Commenting on the new offering, Key Mortgage senior vice president of sales Esther Phillips said: “Glyde has totally transformed the experience our clients have when they’re applying for a loan.

“They have the freedom to engage and stay up-to-date with the application process at whatever stage they’re at, whenever they want, and from wherever they want.”

The buyer, buyer’s agent, as well as seller’s agent will gain access to real-time updates automatically.

Still, in case of any problem, loan officers will be there to assist buyers.

Key Mortgage president Steve DiMarco said: “Buyers are able to easily navigate the entire application process themselves.

“But if they get stuck at any point, our loan officers are able to request permission and log in to see their client’s screen from wherever they are, so they can guide them seamlessly through the steps.”
