For the second time this month, Ulster Bank customers have reported problems with the bank’s online and money transfer services.
Dissatisfied customers in the Republic of Ireland took to Twitter once again, where @UlsterBank_Help told them it was experiencing difficulties and that they would be reimbursed if left out of pocket by the glitch.

Twitter user @LuciewithIEnotY said: "Sorely tempted to clear out the full balance of my #UlsterBank current account. Even if the mortgage is due to go out tomorrow…"
Another customer, @johnnybeardo, said simply: "not again :("
Some customers of the RBS subsidiary also reported being unable to use their cards.
A spokeswoman for the bank said it did not yet have details of the scale or cause of the problem but that it was only affecting Ulster Bank customers.

RBS and NatWest were also hit by a crash on 6 December, as the result of a suspected hacker attack.
