Fiserv has introduced enhanced capabilities in a bid to improve digital banking experience for consumer and business customers.
The mobile-first suite is aimed to improve debit and credit card services. The offerings are for financial institutions of all sizes.
Overall, it will enable instant digital issuance, instant wallet provisioning and digital self-service for the customers. It will also provide them with enriched transaction and spending insights.
The enhanced Fiserv Digital capabilities combine expense and business card management within a single platform.
Financial institutions which leverage Fiserv for core account processing platforms and card services solutions can adopt the enhanced suite through an improved Mobiliti from Fiserv solution.
The capabilities will be added to other Fiserv online and mobile banking platforms soon.
Notably, the new capability additions follows the integrations of two recent acquisitions OnDot and SpendLabs.
Fiserv president and CEO Frank Bisignano said: “Our enhanced digital capabilities are a proof point of our commitment to innovate and rapidly unlock additional value for our clients through the delivery of the best-in-class capabilities that their customers expect from them today.
“Financial institutions of all sizes will be able to provide a combination of differentiated mobile-first banking and card services that only Fiserv can uniquely deliver, and we’re proud to be helping our clients enable their customers to experience digital in a way that changes the game for everyone.”
Fiserv focuses on delivering payments and financial services technology solutions.
Last month, the company introduced a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform for financial institutions.
