A poll conducted by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) on its Facebook page has revealed choosing and changing card PINs is the most popular feature on NetBank.

The bank asked customers which features they find most useful when using the service.

General manager at Commonwealth Bank Drew Unsworth said: "This comes as no surprise to me as PIN changes are one of our most popular self-service features on NetBank, with over 140,000 PIN changes in April."

CBA has responded by adding this feature to its mobile banking app, CommBank Kaching.

Runner-up in the poll was ‘Nicknaming and grouping accounts.’

Other features polled were, ‘Customising quick links’, ‘Updating your TFN’ and ‘Ordering statements.’
