Egyptian lender Banque du Caire has completed the implementation of Temenos Infinity omni-channel solution as a part of its digital transformation.

In the first stage, the bank went live with digital channels servicing corporate and retail customers.

The second stage will involve the implementation of the Temenos Infinity real time marketing, digital engagement and digital analytics modules. It will enhance customer engagement and will enable Banque du Caire to take new services faster to the market.

Temenos Infinity will also enable the Egyptian lender to connect with a wider ecosystem of financial and non-financial providers.

The solution was implemented through APIs as a front office platform on the bank’s existing core banking system.

Besides Temenos Infinity, Banque du Caire is upgrading its core banking system with Temenos T24 Transact. The bank has around 2.9 million customers in Egypt.

Earlier this month, Eurobank Group selected Temenos to accelerate digital transformation in its subsidiaries.
