As a debt recovery solution, the FMS.next Collections will help the bank to streamline its collection process to reduce write-offs, improve cash-flow, lower provisioning, as well as enhance its customer relationships.

Designed specifically for banks, the solution meets the complex and regulated debt recovery requirements of the banking sector.
The solution also performs full synchronisation of the debt recovery solution with the bank’s legacy systems, including the non-performing debts.
Operating 47 branches and agencies in 16 cities of Albania, CREDINS bank offers a range of products and services such as bank deposits, outgoing payments, loans, utility payments, traveller’s cheque, cards, elite member package, Paga Credins, among others.
