Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) has embarked on a digital transformation with a series of digital banking services.

The new initiatives include the real-time customer onboarding initiative that will facilitate fast account opening, improve operational efficiency and generate significant business opportunities.

The bank has also launched a new mobile app that will help customers track bank account activities and view transactions effectively, pay utilities and get updates on the bank’s products and promotions.

In addition, the bank has launched a new site that offers several information, tools, resources and services to assist newcomers to UAE to settle in and meet their needs.
