BNP Paribas Bank Polska has selected Aprimo Relationship
Manager, a customer relationship management
software solution by US-headquartered analytic data solutions
company Teradata.
The Aprimo Relationship Manager will aim to reduce the number of
unrelated sales offers, use the customer’s preferred banking
communication channel, and present banking products to consumers
that match their current financial needs.
BNPP said that the software will reduce costs and eliminate
bottlenecks in the manual marketing process so that prospects and
customers can be reached sooner, and generate a better response
rate based on precise targeted marketing.
“The Aprimo Relationship Manager, which runs on the Teradata
data warehouse platform, provides the bank
automated tools to communicate with the right customers at the
right moment with the right financial product or service,” said
Hermann Wimmer, president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
region for Teradata, at the 2011 Teradata PARTNERS User
Group Conference & Expo in San Diego.
