BECU, a US-based credit union, has obtained a combined license for NCR / INETCO ATM management solution to improve member experience and ATM availability.

NCR offers consumer transaction technologies, while INETCO Systems delivers transaction monitoring and analytics solutions for the banking and payment processing industries.

BECU will use NCR APTRA Vision and INETCO Insight software to monitor real-time ATM service delivery and enhance ATM availability in order to deliver the best member experience possible.

In addition, the technology will allow credit union’s consultants to concentrate on providing a high-level of personalized service.

BECU ATM channel manager Shirley Taylor said the firm is using NCR APTRA Vision and INETCO Insight to get the real-time, end-to-end visibility it needs to ensure the consistent availability of its self-service channels.

NCR APTRA Vision is a multi-vendor ATM management system, which enables financial organizations to proactively manage and improve ATM uptime and availability.
