Argentine bank Banco Columbia has partnered with fintech company novae for digital transformation of the services.

As a part of the process, Banco Columbia will deploy Visa Loyalty Solutions (VLS), a cross-border digital platform developed by novae in collaboration with digital payment company Visa.

The VLS platform will allows the bank’s consumers and merchants to redeem points from any device. It also supports multiple payment methods including credit, debit and split payment.

The deployment of VLS will support the bank’s rewards and customer care programme .

Novae head of business development Facundo Mendez said: “With Visa Loyalty Solutions, Banco Columbia has taken an important step toward its digital transformation by incorporating a powerful online and mobile tool to increase customer loyalty.”

The bank’s customers can use the reward points to make online payments or contactless in-store payments around the world.
