Chinese fintech ABC Technology has established its international headquarters in Singapore to support global growth.

The international headquarters will register patents for its intellectual properties (IPs) and step up its sales and marketing efforts.

The Singapore office will also help ABC Technology to accelerate the delivery its AI-based fintech solutions to the global market, noted the fintech firm.

ABC Technology founder and CEO Mason Yang said: “We picked Singapore as the base for our international operations because of its strategic location, leading position as a financial hub, language proficiency and maturity of IP rights.

“Singapore practises sound corporate governance and is an easy place to do business.”

Established in 2016, ABC Technology leverages AI technology to deliver technical services to financial professionals.

Its offerings include an AI platform that automates the entire data processing cycle to accelerate the decision-making process.

ABC Technology has developed Everdroid.ai natural language processing AI for extraction of unstructured data as well as Modeling.ai AI asset management platform, among others.

ABC Technology APAC sales vice-president Tay Lip Sing said: “Our solutions are being used by leading financial institutions in Singapore, Hong Kong and China.

“From our Singapore hub, we can work closer with our customers in the country and across the region.”

The Chinese firm also plans to launch another office in Australia, to further bolster its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.
