The UK held a 14.02% share of the global financial services industry M&A deal value that totalled $27.29bn in Q3 2020.

In terms of deal activity, the UK recorded 68 deals during Q3 2020, marking a rise of 28.3% over the previous quarter and a drop of 5.6% over the last four-quarter average.
