Mobile banking products

Vipera offers a modular product set for both retail and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets.

Our platform offers a wide range of mobile and omnichannel banking capabilities, including account inquiry & management, bill payment, peer-to-peer / instant payments, loyalty programmes, PFM & budgeting tools and many other value-added services.

Our omnichannel solutions are deployed on desktop, tablet, mobile and wearables. Vipera has integrated Siri & Alexa and a chatbot for Facebook Messenger so customers can bank in the way that they want.

Digital wallets for mobile payments

Vipera’s Digital Wallet is pre-configured for all major payment options such as contactless, secure remote and P2P transactions, as well as value-added services.

It is integrated with MasterCard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) and Visa Token Service (VTS) for tokenisation, as well as Masterpass (including Digital Secure Remote Payment security protocols), for secure online commerce applications.

Card control and alert solutions

Vipera works closely with Mastercard and Visa to deliver their respective Controls and Alerts products.

Both suppliers are integrated into our Motif platform, and our Cloud Control solution can deliver both products for issuers without affecting core banking systems.

Rewards solutions for customer loyalty development

Vipera offers a comprehensive rewards solution to help our banking and retail clients to engage with their customers and build loyalty.

It allows companies to create and manage their own rewards programme with options such as coupons, cashback and loyalty points.

Open banking platforms

In June 2018, Vipera was a co-founding member of Fabrick, a new open banking platform and ecosystem.

As the market continues to evolve, this new development enables us to serve our customers with cutting-edge banking and payment solutions.

Mobile and proximity marketing solutions for retailers

Having built its customer engagement expertise in financial services, Vipera extended into the retail sector and now delivers mobile and proximity marketing solutions for large retailers such as Media Markt in Italy.

Vipera brings the best of online experience in-store, to reduce showrooming and to allow retailers to engage with their customers in a new way, including proximity marketing and AR technology.

Innovative integrated financial technologies

Vipera has been driving innovation in mobile banking and payments for over a decade.

Most recently, in 2015, Vipera deployed an Apple Watch mobile banking solution and integrated Touch ID.

We were the first provider in the Middle East and Asia to integrate Siri for voice-activated payments in 2016 and deployed a chat-bot solution off Facebook Messenger in 2017. Its customer engagement solution incorporates the use of geolocation and beacon technology.

Vipera’s digital wallet solution with proximity, remote and P2P payments was one of the first integrated wallets to go live anywhere in the world when it was deployed in 2017. In the same year, our digital wallet was awarded Platinum Partner status by Mastercard.
