American banking giant Wells Fargo has selected Black Knight’s Servicing Digital solution to offer customers insight related to their homes and loans.

Servicing Digital is said to allow users to view information related to their mortgages, the value of their homes and the wealth that can be built from their real estate assets.

The digital solution leverages data provided by Black Knight’s end-to-end MSP system, records database, analytics, and automated valuation models.

Wells Fargo EVP and head of home lending Kristy Fercho said: “We have enhanced our customers’ digital experience by giving them any time, anywhere access to mortgage-related tools and detailed information about their home loans.

“Black Knight’s Servicing Digital solution is a unique and innovative tool that supports the strong and trusted relationship we have with our mortgage customers; one we’re sure will add significant value to their interactions with the bank.”

Black Knight president Joe Nackashi said: “We are pleased to further expand our relationship with Wells Fargo and deliver solutions that can bring tremendous value to its customer base.

“We appreciate our longstanding business relationship with Wells Fargo and look forward to continuing to support the bank’s business across the mortgage life cycle.”

Recently, the lender, which has approximately $1.9 trillion in assets, announced plans to add a new virtual assistant to its mobile app for consumer and small business customers.

The new app is slated to launch in early 2022 and the virtual assistant dubbed Fargo will be added to the app later in the year.
