BranchServ, a Connecticut-based division of Custom Vault, has launched its new BranchFormation solution, which will allow it to add ATMs, cash recyclers and the new branch solution (NBS) to portfolio.
Launched in partnership with Nautilus Hyosung, the BranchFormation solution will allow BranchServ to transform its branches through technology and enhance customer experience.

BranchServ CEO and president, Thomas Brennan, said banks and credit unions are under increased financial pressure but are also compelled to engage customers through convenience and technological innovation.
"We are providing them with a true solution that will allow them to reduce costs at the teller line and shift their emphasis to higher margin financial products in support of long-term viability," Brennan added.
Additionally, BranchServ has also recently entered into cash automation business at BankWorld 2014 in Connecticut.
BranchServ sales vice president, Dave Pepin, said extending into cash automation products establishes BranchServ as a complete resource for the banks and credit unions it serves nationwide.
