First Trade Union Bank unveiled its improved digital banking platform equipped with new online banking capabilities, a new FT Mobile app for iOS and Android devices, and a website built using responsive web design ftub.com.
The new platform has been designed to provide expanded functionality, improved navigation, and offers First Trade customers a consistent banking experience across all devices, including computers, tablets and phones.
Leveraging the upgraded online and mobile banking platform, the bank’s customers can easily monitor account activity, make funds transfers to accounts at First Trade and other banks.
In addition, they can pay bills, deposit checks, view statements, contact customer service, apply for new accounts and text for balances, among other facilities.
First Trade president & CEO Michael Butler said, "This project was all about continually improving the banking experience for our clients."
The lender has also released mobile banking for corporate clients, which enables them to use modern treasury management features of business online banking accessible from their mobile device with the FT Mobile app.
