US-based ATM supplier Hyosung has come up with its new video banking drive-through solution.

Dubbed MX7800i, the new video assisted, banking solution will enable Hyosung offer its advanced assisted self-service technology to the exterior of the branch.

The solution, featuring 21.5 inch display screen, will help institutions provide the assistance of a video banker, apart from traditional ATM transactions.

Andrew Orent, president and CEO of Hyosung Americas, stated: "Today’s consumers are looking for convenient service anytime, anywhere, at the same time financial institutions are driving toward greater efficiencies. The MX7800i offers both and extends self-service transaction migration from the interior to the exterior of a branch."

Banking using the new solution can take advantage of the rise in automation and extend service hours for consumers.
