Diebold Nixdorf is set to upgrade the entire ATM network of VyStar Credit Union, a Florida-headquartered credit union with more than $8.6bn in assets.
The programme will encompass 66 branches and the replacement of more than 250 ATMs. All the ATMs will be upgraded with Vynamic Connection Points software to offer more services to the members.
VyStar senior vice-president for operations and payments Melissa Thomas said: “Our ATM network is a vital delivery channel for our members.
“These software and hardware upgrades will keep us at the forefront of self-service trends and position us to continue expanding our service offerings in the years ahead.”
Once complete, the VyStar touchpoints will offer mobile device integration and improved transaction capabilities.
The upgrade will also facilitate management and maintenance of the ATMs in the future. Additionally, it will also help VyStar Credit Union to improve its branding and personalisation at the ATMs.
