The Indonesian Bank Tabungan Negara has entered into a two-year agreement with Wincor Nixdorf to operate its 370 ATMs from a variety of manufacturers.
Under the agreement, Wincor Nixdorf will provide cash logistics and cash optimization of the systems apart from offering services for self-service system operation via an Integrated Service Management methodology that ensures seamless delivery of first and second line maintenance.
Wincor Nixdorf will also assume the single-point-of-contact (SPOC) responsibility for Incident and Service Management for all 3rd party service providers to manage the bank’s self-service network and eco-system.
Bank Tabungan Negara, department head for network electronic & banking division Dopo Lastiyomo said: "We are convinced that in Wincor Nixdorf we have found an expert IT service provider who will support us in achieving higher system availability and reducing the costs of our cash logistics."
