Zimbabwe-based CBZ Bank has selected Belgian tech firm INTIX’s platform  for  archive  management  and  statistics  analysis  of  all  its  financial messaging flows.

The technology vendor said that its INTIX Message Warehouse solution will offer the bank a single access to all its financial messaging data, irrespective of formats and systems.

The solution will also enable the lender to turn these data into practical insights to better understand its customers and its business, it added.

CBZ Holdings group principal operations officer Eddie Mombo said: "As part of our continuous investments in innovation to better service our customers, we have chosen to implement the INTIX Message Warehouse which will further improve searching, reporting and business intelligence.

“The INTIX solution was selected because it supports all standards of financial messages and allows us to easily access both our real-time messaging as well as our long-term archives. In addition, it offers flexibility and user friendliness. "

INTIX CEO Marc Braet said: "The INTIX solution will enable CBZ to enhance its customer service level, respond faster to compliance related requests and achieve better operational excellence."
