International segment of Rabobank, second largest bank in the Netherlands by assets, has signed an agreement with HP to use their Autonomy enterprise content management (ECM).

HP’s Autonomy aims to help Rabobank comply with Dodd-Frank regulatory requirements in the US.

HP says Autonomy provides an information governance platform for regulatory record management; it also aims to increase trading efficiency by automating office processes.

The technology will enable the bank to capture all pre and post-trade records on its own systems as well as information found in emails, voicemails and Microsoft Office documents.

The bank will also be tapping into a range of products that HP Autonomy provides including, eleForm, Autonomy Process Automation, Intelligent Enterprise Search, Scrittura and WorkSite.
