United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU) has selected Fiserv’s DNA core account processing platform with integrated surround solutions for scalability, flexibility and advanced technology.

The credit union’s IT unit will deploy DNAcreator to create customised DNAapps that extend the DNA platform.
The credit union will also implement Activity Manager for DNA for business process management, tMagic for DNA for automated teller capture, Marketing Analytics for DNA for improved business intelligence and marketing automation, and Verifast for automated member authentication.
In addition, UNFCU will deploy tools for deposit management as well as digital document processing.
UNFCU president and CEO William Predmore said: "To further enhance how we serve the needs of our diverse membership, we will be upgrading our technology with DNA. The upgrade will allow us to deliver even more personalized service across the globe."
