UAE-based RAKBANK has debuted its new digital banking solution MobileCash to allow users to withdraw cash from ATMs without using a debit card.
MobileCash also allows customers to withdraw cash and send money to their friends, family or anyone in the UAE using their mobile phone, even if the recipient does not have a bank account.

The new service sends an SMS containing a one-time password to the customer or the person to whom they wish to send money.
The code can then be used within 24 hours to withdraw cash from any of over 200 RAKBANK ATMs across the country without using a debit card.
