US-based Trustco Bank has selected ACI Worldwide’s online banking technology to power its internet banking and payment services.
The ACI solution provides Trustco Bank and customers with a single view of account information and transactions. It also provides Trustco Bank with flexibility and speed to quickly reply to customers’ self-service needs.

Additionally, Trustco’s application is hosted in ACI’s data centres, where thousands of financial institutions, retailers and billers have hosted banking and payment solutions.
Trustco Bank said they have been able to grow because of their singular focus on providing customers with community banking solutions that offer superior convenience, value and security.
"We have worked with ACI for a number of years. After evaluating our internet strategy and our hosted service needs, we determined that ACI’s self-service banking solution was what we needed to deliver an exceptional banking experience to our client base," Trustco Bank added.
