Credit union service organisation (CUSO) TruHome Solutions has selected Black Knight’s Servicing Digital solution to deliver personalised loan information to the members of its partner organisations.

The move will enable the credit unions to provide their members easy access to home and loan information, refinancing opportunities and enable loan payments.

Servicing Digital solution also supports home purchase and home equity loan options.

The solution can be accessed through mobile phones round the clock.

TruHome Solutions president Doug Hoelscher said: “Servicing Digital presents credit union members with home and loan details, which will make it easier for them to understand the value of their greatest asset – their home.

“The solution can be personally branded for each of our credit union partners, allowing them the opportunity to have the same look and feel as offered in their native online banking website.”

Servicing Digital leverages the servicer’s data through Black Knight’s MSP system, property records database and analytics to provide relevant information.

TruHome Solutions will utilise the web design version of Servicing Digital. Separately, Black Knight also offers the solution as a native mobile application.
