Swiss fintech Thurgauer Kantonalbank (TKB) has integrated Avaloq’s e-banking solution with its existing OLIVIA customer portal.
The integration will enable TKB’s OLIVIA customer portal to operate as a one-stop access to its online services.
The portal, already powered by the Avaloq platform, provides customers self-service capabilities.
The e-banking application has now been incorporated into TKB’s content management system enabling a new Key app login.
Thurgauer Kantonalbank member of the executive board Rolf Brunner said: “By integrating e-banking into our OLIVIA portal, our customers will have one-stop access to all of the bank’s online services. This will make the user experience much more convenient.
“Avaloq’s platform enables us to integrate new functionalities on an ongoing basis and to handle both in-house and external processes more efficiently.”
