Philadelphia-based Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has partnered with Data Center to deploy its core banking software, iCore360, to enhance its customer relationship.

The iCore360 will allow Tioga-Franklin to improve its organisational efficiencies through workflow automation and regulatory simplification, which helps the bank focus more staff and resources on new services and customer relationships.

Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank operations officer Lindsay Butler said the iCore360 demo showed them how much more efficient they could be, and how they could expand their customer relationships.

"We’re already planning new product lines, and even things like HELOCs, account origination and online banking will be easier for us to manage," Butler added.

Data Center CEO and president John H Jones said, "We’re very pleased to see more Northeastern banks like Tioga-Franklin discovering the unique DCI difference trusted by so many other banks across the country."

In addition to iCore360, Kansas-based DCI also offers other solutions for online and mobile banking, ATM network/card management, dashboard analysis, teller/branch automation, remote capture/proof, BSA/AML, compliance, custom reporting and more.
