Texas-based International Bank of Commerce (IBC Bank) has collaborated with ARGO to upgrade its retail banking operations.
The move involves implementing ARGO solutions at IBC Bank and its four sister-charter banks.
The Texan lender will deploy ARGO’S integrated Teller Payments Fraud solution with real-time fraud detection and AML.
The banks will also implement ARGO’S automation solutions to reduce manual intervention in key tasks and streamline workflow.
IBC Bank Retail Banking president Imelda Navarro said: “After a review of the market, we selected ARGO based on their reputable customer base and reputation for being mission critical minded and innovative.”
ARGO senior vice-president Todd Robertson said: “We are excited to partner with IBC Bank and assist in transforming their retail experience.

Established in 1966, IBC Bank offers personal, business and international banking services.
Including all its sister-charter banks, the lender has more than $12bn in assets making it one of the largest bank holding companies in the state.
The bank serves 89 communities in Texas and Oklahoma through 189 branches and 285 ATMs.
Its four sister concerns are International Bank of Commerce, Oklahoma; International Bank of Commerce, Brownsville; International Bank of Commerce, Zapata; and Commerce Bank.
