Tesco Bank, the UK-based banking arm of
supermarket giant Tesco, has announced that it will deploy FICO’s
collections, risk and fraud solutions.

The bank, which has 6.5m customer accounts and
28 product lines and services is to deploy a range of FICO’s
analytics and decision management technology solutions,

FICO’s Triad Customer Manager Solution is used

Tesco bank launched in 1997 and offers general
insurance, including motor and travel, credit cards, personal loans
and personal savings accounts.

After a lengthy and keenly fought
evaluation process, Tesco selected US-based Fiserv as its
principle IT partner at the end of 2009.
