UK-based financial services company Tenet Group has forged a partnership with Knowledge Bank for mortgage criteria search system.

Tenet Group intends to provide its network members and its directly-authorised clients with access to the bank’s mortgage search platform.

The criteria search system is said to hold more than 102,000 individual criteria which are updated regularly from over 200 lenders.

It enables mortgage brokers across residential, buy-to-let, equity release, self-build, second charges, bridging, commercial and overseas mortgage markets to search multiple criteria and find out which lenders will accept its client’s criteria.

Knowledge Bank CEO Nicola Firth said: “Mortgage brokers need to stay up to date with a bewildering array of mortgage criteria that are changing daily.

“The coronavirus outbreak has made this problem even harder with over 4000 different criteria changes just since the lockdown.
