Alberta-based Servus Credit Union has successfully deployed CU Technical & Administrative Services (CUTASC) developed Liberty Retail Internet Banking, a new online and mobile secure banking solution, for retail and commercial credit union members.

Servus Credit Union chief information officer, Yves Auger, said they chose Liberty Internet Banking as it offers their members a highly functional, modern and easy to use banking experience.

"Liberty offers complete control over our internet banking channel; enabling faster implementation of our functionality, which helps us to keep pace with our members’ service expectations," Auger added.

The member-owned financial institution serves members from more than 100 locations in 62 communities.

CUTASC president and CEO, Brad Best, said CUTASC took their decade of experience in banking technology, matched it with the demands credit unions face today in delivering remote banking solutions, and went back to the drawing board to completely rethink the user experience.

"The result is an internet banking software product that offers an excellent combination of functionality, control and price, across multiple channels for both retail and commercial business lines," Best added.
