SAFE Credit Union has decided to implement NCR solution to deliver better and targeted services to its members.

The move will see the credit union to implement NCR’s Promotion Suite Premium tool.

The tool utilises real-time geofencing information as well as individual requirements enabling SAFE Credit Union to deliver a customised online and digital experience to its members.

Overall, NCR’s Promotion Suite Premium suite offers push notifications, geofencing, campaign management, app messaging and secure chat capabilities in an integrated platform.

Besides improving customer services, the technology will enable the credit union to carry out personalised marketing.

SAFE Credit Union digital banking manager Rayna Salas said: “Our early work with NCR’s Promotion Suite Premium features allowed our digital banking experience to meet and exceed what big banks offer today.

The latest move is aimed to bolster customer relationships as well as build brand loyalty.

Last month, New Jersey’s Provident Bank partnered with NCR for digital transformation.
