Established in 2001, the Record Bank had since been using Sopra Banking Software’s solutions for its core banking activities. In 2010, the bank implemented Sopra Banking Software’s internet home banking service, Record@Home.

Record Bank CIO, Louis Mahy, said Sopra Banking Platform played a key role in helping them merge back-office services, define new business lines, and integrate all of their applications into one robust and flexible solution.

In 2012, Record Bank planned to enter into digitalisation market with a mobile banking application "as the mobile world has increasingly become a channel where customers expect access to a bank’s services. We wanted a mobile banking app," Mahy added.

"Sopra Banking’s mobile app falls exactly in line with what a modern banking customer needs. It is streamlined, secure and fast."
