US-based Peoples Community Bank (PCB) has expanded its partnership with London-based financial technology company Finastra to streamline its core and digital banking platforms.
Under the expanded partnership, PCB has upgraded its core platform to Fusion Phoenix.
The bank also opted for Fusion Digital Banking, Fusion LaserPro and other Finastra solutions to enhance efficiencies.
Fusion Phoenix will help the bank fast-track the development of new products and services for its customers.
Finastra’s open APIs will allow the bank to roll out new products in a matter of days.
Additionally, Finastra’s open developer platform FusionFabric.cloud will provide new services to the bank, for its end-customers, noted the vendor.

Finastra SVP and GM of Americas field operations Chris Zingo said: “Tapping into an integrated, best-of-suite set of solutions, the Peoples Community Bank will be able to serve its customers with banking products and technologies that work together today and will surpass expectations into the future.”
PCB will use these solutions for end-to-end lending efficiencies and enhanced loan servicing capabilities.
The bank previously chose the Allied Bill Payment app by Allied Payment Network and Finastra for real-time bill payments.
