President’s Choice (PC) Financial and TD Bank have teamed up to launch Ugo, the first open mobile wallet in Canada that brings multiple payment and loyalty programmes to a single secure mobile solution.
Canada-based retailer Loblaw Companies has already signed up as its first retail partner and brings the PC Plus loyalty programme into the wallet.

Ugo allows users to replace cards from their physical wallet and allow them to pay, earn and redeem loyalty points using their smartphones.
Some of its features include ability to combine TD Visa and PC Financial MasterCard with PC points, and ability to use Visa payWave and MasterCardPaypass where they are accepted globally.
PC Financial president Barry Columb said the company is always seeking to make banking simple and better for their customers, and Ugo is another example of good banking for PC Financial MasterCard customers.
"It will allow them to easily and conveniently use their President’s Choice Financial® MasterCard®, while also earning and redeeming their PC® points in one single tap transaction at their favourite Loblaw or banner store locations," Columb added.
