Dubbed as ‘nCino Lite’, the new version allows financial organisations to diversify their use of the platform by granting read-only licensee access to users not normally involved in lending, but valuable to the referral process.
Under a single cloud-based environment, nCino’s Bank Operating System integrates the functionality of loan origination, CRM, business process management and reporting to deliver bankers a more holistic view of borrower relationships round the clock.
nCino Lite enables more financial institution staff involved in monitoring referrals for new products and services, acknowledging their role to impact and also benefit from visibility into customer or member relationships.
These comprises tellers, branch managers or personal bankers who do not generally perform the types of loans for which nCino is configured to accommodate.
The company claims that its customers on an average witness a 33% boost in borrower satisfaction.
