Nationwide Building Society has rolled out a new set of saving accounts Instant ISA Saver, Limited Access Saver and Instant Access Saver, to simplify its savings range.
These new accounts do not offer any introductory bonus and can be opened and operated in branch or online, thereby giving customers the capability to manage their accounts easily and effectively.
Nationwide said that it has also withdrawn accounts including CashBuilder, e-Savings, e-Savings Plus, MySave Online Plus and Web ISA.
Nationwide Building Society savings customer proposition head, Louise Lovelock, said, "Feedback from our members tells that they want simpler, more flexible products that can be accessed both online and in branch. Plus while they want a choice of accounts, too much choice can be confusing.
"Nationwide has listened to member feedback on and has simplified its range of accounts and these changes mean our members now have greater flexibility when opening and operating their accounts."
Additionally, the company has also introduced a new Smart Limited Access savings product that is available to all children between the ages of seven and 18.
