The Cyberbank Digital platform will enable Mercantil Banco to deliver customised, mobile-friendly services, which are designed to enhance customer satisfaction while streamlining operational processes.
The platform’s flexible architecture allows the bank to adapt quickly to market changes without the need for extensive system upgrades.
