Russia’s MDM Bank has launched a re-branding
campaign following its merger last year with URSA
Bank.

The new logo will feature an image of the sun,
which the bank said reflects its “warm attitude to individual and
corporate clients”.

But the bank will keep the motto “Moy Delovov
Mir” (My Business World), the first letters of which form the name
of the bank.

The rebranding process will apply to bank
signage and front desks in all of the 350 branches of the newly
merged bank across 162 Russian cities.

The rebranding exercise also incorporates an
ad campaign, release of refreshed marketing materials and an
upgraded website.

“The rebrand reflects the fact that the
banks have not only merged but also our dedication to understanding
the interests, businesses and needs of our clients,” said Oleg
Vyugin, chairman of MDM.“We believe this
has successfully been incorporated into our new visual style.”
