Mashreq Bank has launched foreign currency cash services across its branches in the UAE.
The service will enable the bank customers to obtain foreign currency cash at its key branches and will offer competitive exchange rates for buying foreign currency of their choice.
The new offering will allow customers to withdraw foreign currency cash across the bank teller counters by debiting their AED local currency account or by paying AED cash and obtain the relevant foreign currency cash without a minimum transaction charge.
Initially, the service will be available for major currencies including USD, EURO and GBP at select branches including Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates and Riqa Branch in Dubai, Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah City Centre in Sharjah.
Mashreq head of personal banking Tooran Asif said: "As part of our strategy, the Foreign Currency Cash Business was conceived keeping Mashreq’s existing customer requirements in mind.
"This latest service puts the convenience of our customers at the forefront whereby they will not be required to look elsewhere for their foreign currency cash requirements."
