Linedata has acquired French fintech startup Loansquare, which digitalises exchanges between the lenders and borrowers.

The acquired platform has two portals. The Borrower Portal enables the borrowers to provide their financing requirements to the lender, while the Servicing Portal allows the lenders to automate and manage financial flows and commitments.

The Loansquare platform also comes with messaging and document management features.

With Loansquare acquisition, Linedata expects to bolster end-to-end capabilities of its platforms and services for lenders.

Following the acquisition, Loansquare works over Linedata Ekip360, a global leasing, car finance and consumer loans solution.

It also interoperates with through Linedata’s commercial and syndicated loans servicing platform Linedata Uniloan360 and its Capitalstream, a global commercial loans origination and risk management platform.
