US-based lender KeyBank has selected fintech provider NICE Actimize’s Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions to secure its mobile banking functionalities.
The fintech provider said that its solutions will allow the bank’s consumer as well as business customers to access mobile banking channels and applications, as well as transaction types, including person-to-person (P2P) and mobile remote deposit capture (MRDC).
The IFM solutions will be deployed across all of the bank’s operations in twelve states.
The bank has also opted for NICE Actimize Analytics Authoring Environment to develop predictive fraud analytics models and address emerging threats.
KeyBank Enterprise Security Services senior vice president and director Walter Demczar said: "KeyBank is committed to investing in technology and systems that offer cross-channel fraud monitoring while meeting mobile banking clients’ evolving needs.
"We believe an enterprise-wide approach to detecting and preventing fraud is essential to our strategy of increasing our digital capabilities."
