ATM software company KAL has joined forces with EVO Payments to deliver a new ATM service across Europe.

The collaboration leverages KAL’s Kalignite software suite and EVO’s payments infrastructure to enable financial institutions and independent ATM deployers (IADs) to install ATMs at any European location.

The deployers can select machines from more than 40 vendors and install them with Visa/Mastercard acceptance capabilities in a short period of time.

Overall, the solution will include the ATM software, the ATM host, the Visa/Mastercard acceptance and the clearing and settlement services.

As an ATM software company, KAL counts Citibank, UniCredit, Erste Česká, ING, OTP, HSBC and Westpac as its customers. The software is said to have been installed and supported in more than 80 countries.
