US community banks Fortis Bank and Middlesex Federal Savings have teamed up with GOiDENTIFY, operating as iDENTIFY, aiming to enhance compliance, replace legacy batch systems, and transition to real-time, cloud-based data environments.

iDENTIFY provides a structured approach to data transformation, which is essential for community banks facing complex regulatory requirements and increasing digital performance expectations.

Fortis Bank, with branches in Colorado and Utah, is collaborating with iDENTIFY to establish a modern data infrastructure.

This initiative aims to consolidate the bank’s transaction and experience data from various sources into a secure, centralised platform designed for efficiency and scalability.

Meanwhile, Middlesex Federal Savings, based in Massachusetts, is partnering with iDENTIFY to standardise reporting processes, streamline data from fintech initiatives, and position itself for future growth.

iDENTIFY president Lee Easton said: “Banks today can’t afford to operate in the dark.
