Bangladesh-based Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) has selected US-based digital banking transformation company i-exceed to power its digital onboarding solution ‘MEasy’.
i-exceed will power MEasy through Appzillon, a low-code digital experience platform combined with custom digital banking solutions.
Appzillion has enabled MTB to quickly develop and deploy its solutions.
Its micro-app enabled the bank to facilitate the entire customer onboarding process by creating self-service solutions for its customers.
Now, customers need not visit a branch, engage with staff or wait in queues to access banking services. They can use their national identity (NID) card with mobile and internet banking services to open a bank account within minutes and also avail other services.
i-exceed executive director S. Sundararajan said: “We are extremely pleased in our association with MTB, an entity focused on truly enhancing customer relationships.
