Huntington Bancshares, one of the top 20 US lenders, is proving
its commitment to enhance customer satisfaction with the extension
of opening hours.

Ohio-based
Huntington introduced a free current account
, titled
Asterisk-Free Checking, as part of its Fair Play banking strategy
at the beginning of May and is now going to open from 9am to 2pm on
Saturdays across its 389-unit strong branch network.

Huntington’s retail and business banking
director, Mary Navarro said:

“At Huntington, we’ve made it our mission to
be the very best in customer service, and one way we’re delivering
on that promise is by listening to what our customers want and
responding with products and services that make their lives
easier.”

The extension of opening hours to the weekend day follow the
bank’s first introduction of a seven-day week in Cleveland, where
branches are open from 8am to 4pm.
