
HDFC Bank has forged a strategic partnership with software company Abode to improve the digital experiences for its customers.
HDFC has selected the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) solutions to deliver tailored digital experiences to both its new and existing customers.
AEC will allow these customers to use any device to conduct a host of end-to-end transactions.
The zero-touch digital interface will allow them to digitally open an account, apply for loans, and manage their investments.
The mortgage lender will utilise the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) forms to provide personalised online experiences to its customers.
Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target will deliver insights to the bank for the same.

By GlobalDataMorever, the Adobe Audience Manger’s (AAM’s) data management platform will enable the bank to stay in touch with customers via email, mobile, offline channels and more.
This platform will help the bank use rich data to send focussed campaigns and communication and deepen its relationship with customers.

The partnership with Adobe comes amid the growing need of digital banking services amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
It adds to HDFC’s already existing efforts to bolster digital experiences for its customers.
HDFC already offers digital services like 10-second personal loans, Zip Drive and Zip Ride for four and two wheelers loans, Insta Account, and more.
