Freedom Mortgage is set to implement Sagent Lending Technologies’ LoanServ Account Connect as its borrower self-service portal.
The deployment will provide Freedom Mortgage-customers with real-time access to their loan information from any device.

The integration is said to provide mortgage and credit line borrowers better control over their finances, the company said.
LoanServ Account Connect will help them to view and pay their bills, check loan details and well as view payoff estimates.
They can also submit requests through LoanServ Account Connect for property damage, mortgage insurance coverage and loss mitigation.
Furthermore, as it empowers the borrowers, the lenders receive a lesser number of service requests.
