Technology providers Fiserv and Cisco have joined forces to offer integrated communications capabilities for financial providers to implement their branch of the future strategies.
Fiserv will offer hosted communications and infrastructure solutions through its Sentry Performance Solutions portfolio that includes network services, hosting services, network security services, hardware and software life cycle management, as well as unified communications services.

The partnership will allow clients of Fiserv gain access to the Cisco workforce experience solution and Cisco branch solutions.
The workforce experience solution has been designed to help internal teams and product specialists collaborate through unified messaging, audio, video and web meeting capabilities, on any device, and from anywhere. It also supports video-based remote expert services.
