UAE-based lender First Gulf Bank (FGB) has launched a new online banking platform iSave online account to allow customers to easily perform banking operations such as withdrawals, and also provide them with a chance to win money.
The move by the lender is to meet customers’ financial needs and to develop a healthy savings culture in the country.
iSave allows customers to open around ten accounts through FGB’s online banking channel and make unlimited withdrawals. These accounts are zero balance accounts and do not carry any monthly fees.
FGB UAE Nationals Segment head and executive vice president Huda Abdulla said the iSave online account is yet another platform with which First Gulf Bank is working to promote the benefits of saving to customers residing in their country.
"At First Gulf Bank, we strive to deliver the most innovative products, to meet our customers’ needs and ensure that we provide the best banking experience possible. We are investing heavily in our technology to keep it in line with customer expectations. We look forward to adding many more services to enhance our easy banking services for UAE residents," Abdulla added.
